General Return Guidelines
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order ID, receipt) is required for all return and refund requests.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, customized items, and opened food products, except in cases of damage or delivery error.
Category-Specific Policies
1. Bazarna Garden
This includes live plants, seeds, soil, fertilizers, garden tools, pots, and decorative items.
- Returnable Items: Tools, decorative items, and non-perishable garden supplies can be returned within 7 days if unused and undamaged.
- Non-returnable Items: Live plants, seeds, and perishable items unless damaged upon delivery (requires photo proof within 24 hours).
- Refunds/Exchanges are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
2. Bazarna Grocery
Includes fresh produce, dairy, pantry staples, beverages, snacks, and household essentials.
- Perishable Goods: Not returnable unless they are spoiled, damaged, or incorrect (photo proof required within 24 hours).
- Non-perishable Goods: May be returned within 24 hours if unopened and in original packaging.
- Refunds/Replacements: Issued in case of missing, incorrect, or damaged items after verification.
3. Bazarna Restaurant
Covers online food delivery from our in-house kitchen.
- Food Orders: No returns are accepted.
- Refunds/Replacements may be issued if:
- The order is incorrect.
- Items are missing.
- Food is delivered spoiled or unsafe to consume (must report within 2 hours with photo proof).
- Contact us immediately upon delivery if any issues arise.
4. Bazarna Hardware
Includes tools, machinery, accessories, and home improvement products.
- Eligible Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Defective Items: May qualify for exchange or manufacturer warranty support.
- Used/Damaged Items: Not eligible for return unless proven to be faulty on delivery.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).
Exchange Policy
